* P.I. requests $10.60 - tabled until August
* Activities requests $100.00 - not available
* New group starting - Never Alone, Never Again starts August 1st. in the commons mall, 2nd floor
with 3 meetings a week
* Never Alone, Never Again Group requests Starter kit & 2 It Works How and Why. Literature has agreed to
* donate these items - motion passed.
* A Canon Copier has been donated to C.A.S.C.N.A.
* Request has been made to buy a toner cartridge for copier machine with office max card - motion passed
* Activities has requested that Area give them $47.45 available balance + $40.00 in prudent meeting schedules
fund - motion passed
* Area will continue to build meeting schedule prudent


New Business
* Gave PI. $10.60 for reimbursement
* Activities Vice Chair put into temporary Chair due to Chair MIA
* Toner for copier has been bought
* Copier needs fixed, will cost under $100.00 - motion passed to fix copier
* Phone for phone line needs battery, will be checking on battery
* Schedules - needs to be changed to fit new meetings. - Motion passed to make necessary changes
* New meeting in Dunkirk - Needs Literature package. (Serenity in Dunkirk)
* Literature gave meeting package to Dunkirk
