* Gave PI. $10.60 for reimbursement
* Activities Vice Chair put into temporary Chair due to Chair MIA
* Toner for copier has been bought
* Copier needs fixed, will cost under $100.00 - motion passed to fix copier
* Phone for phone line needs battery, will be checking on battery
* Schedules - needs to be changed to fit new meetings. - Motion passed to make necessary changes
* New meeting in Dunkirk - Needs Literature package. (Serenity in Dunkirk)
* Literature gave meeting package to Dunkirk


New Business
* James read letter of Gratitude and thanks to C.A.S.C.N.A.
* The Day By Day Group will be joining Central Western Pa. Area
* C.A.S.C.N.A. will be keeping Day By Day on our meeting schedules
* Phone Line requests permission to buy phone battery at office max. Motion Passed
