* Request has been made to buy a toner cartridge for copier machine with office max card - motion passed
* Activities has requested that Area give them $47.45 available balance + $40.00 in prudent meeting schedules

Issues, ideas, concerns & comments
* It has been asked that the secretary put Area Events for the future under Correspondence.
* It has also been asked that the secretary send the monthly minutes to our web site chair so they can be put
on the web site.
* Our area chair has asked to take our area meeting to warren in the month of September.
