I spoke to Mark T. regarding my concerns about our web site and our personal anonymity as discussed at our last RSC meeting. He said that he would edit our archives on line and remove any last names, addresses and phone numbers from our minutes before putting them into our web site for the future. This may take some time because there are a few years of archives on line that he has to go through.

I received an email from someone in the Alle-Cat Area stating that the area has folded and to remove their phone number and any ASC information from the regional and area literature. After discussing the email (attached) with Mark T., we thought it would be best to let this body decide how to proceed since the information has not been verified yet. I do receive a lot of email through the website at times. Most of it is junk mail, advertisements, or pranks and I respond as needed quickly, appropriately and politely. Some emails are just requesting information on meetings, service meetings or other fellowships.

I also spoke to H & I chair, Leroy C., this past Tuesday. He is unable to attend today but gave me his written report to submit on his behalf.
