Treasurer Report 1/20/2007

 

 

 

Our closing balance last meeting was $2,235.60. Our opening balance today is $1,830.60. The difference is that I gave Bob B. a check for $405.00 for NEZF expenses on 1/12/2007. This disbursement was discussed at our September meeting and is a budgeted item.

All deposits have been made and all expenses have been paid.

 

I did not bring all archives and records but I do expect a new treasurer to be elected today. I will meet with the new trusted servant promptly to deliver all records and to designate the new treasurer as a signee for our bank account.

I have brought an itemized account of all income and expenses for the last 12 months which I would like to be included in this months minutes.
