Treasurer Report 9/16/2006

 

 

Sorry I am unable to be in attendance today, I have a wedding to go to.

Although my commitment has ended, I will continue to serve until a new treasurer is elected.

I have asked Cedric to fulfill my responsibilities in my absence.
Cedric and Jim can sign any checks for disbursements and I will meet with Cedric during the week to collect any deposits for the bank account.

Our closing balance last meeting was $2,324.98 which is our opening balance today.

All deposits have been made and all expenses have paid.
