VII. REPORTS
A) RD - Cedric S stated his commitment is up as of April 06 stressed the need to cultivate leadership and plant the seeds for Areas to bring back nominations.
Insurance is an issue at this time this body can't afford.
Event insurance can be looked into for future purpose.
Noted that CAR is coming up in the future do you wish us to attend?
Trip to Maine is not budget item.
Returned $ 131.05 from NEZF dispenses.
Requesting $100.00 for convention workshop.

B. RDAlt - Bob not depending on Cedric Bob steps up to RD in April 05

1) N.F balance $19.00 asked to come to request $350.00 financial assistance
Region: rent for this facility $5.00
Questions: What is the issue at N.F. Area?
Not receiving donations.
What are the Areas expenses?
Niagara Falls Area is suffering financial hardship due to misappropriation of funds
(Approximately $700.00)
Is there a legal action by Area?
Yes -small claims court for restrictions
Any criminal action?
No!
Michael B Point of info this is an issue that must be discussed by the body as a whole Area RCM must bring conscience.
James has recognized Felecia Secretary of N.F.
N.F is requesting Free State forgive the debt Literature was requested - chair of literature misappropriation fund prior to pay.
Chair - requested trusted servants with specific experience share their areas experience, strength, and hope.
Please bring this back to the next meeting of Region.
D. Secretary - receipts submitted for the amount $11.30 lost receipt in amount of $6-$7.00 requesting $20.00 for copy card.

Removal of Vice Chair was discussed rooms left are at 3 we have exceeded our required number of rooms.

Our closing balance last meeting was $$628.16.

I deposited $200.00 on 9/15/2005 which was a donation from Chautauqua that was mailed to my house giving us an opening balance today of $ 828.16.

All deposits have been made and all expenses have paid.

All is going well, the event that is to take place, on
The 24th of September is paid in full, the location
is 2205 Genesee Street , Time of the event is 2;00pm
Until midnight.Ive handed in all my receipts for that event. I spoke to all of the entertainers for the convention their looking forward to fulfilling their contract. I will be requesting funds for the comedian's transportation.
Once he verifies his travel arrangements I,ll retrieve the funds from the committee ,I have not come up with another event at this time however; I,m working
On it.
