Treasury Report for 11-20-2004
Bank account balance as of 9-18-2004 was $3,356.00
(some checks have not been cashed yet). I made a $343.59 deposit
on 9-23-2004 which came from the September meeting. I also made
a deposit of 59.33 on 9-28-2004, which was from a NI-O donation
that was sitting in the post office box? The $343.59 deposit will
be reflected in the opening balance and the $59.33 deposit will
show as a credit at this meeting because it came in after the
closing balance from our Sept. meeting.
I ordered and received new checks. They have 2 signature
lines on them and say 2 signatures required.
Cedric and I went to the Buffalo Police Dept. and filled
out an arrest report against Donald. There is a warrant out for
his arrest.
I have not followed up with Charter One regarding the
replacement of funds because after reviewing the most recent bank
statements (I didn't get them until after our last meeting), it
appears that all the misappropriated funds were replaced but it
is still illegal to write corporate checks without permission
and to cash dual signature checks with only one signature payable
to oneself.
Opening balance today is $1851.59
In Service,
Dave M.

Hello family:
The WNY regional web site continues to be up and running.
Updates have been made as they become available. If you have any
information your area needs posted to the site please fill out
the forms provided.
We are requesting $193.86 to pay our bill with CI host
(our hosting company), which is due in January. (Mark continues
with the administrative duties. Please issue the check to him.)
We are current with them until 1-18-05. Our domain name (nawny.org)
is ours until 1-30-08. The company called Verisign handles this.
We sent them a check on 11-16-02 for 95.00 dollars and this keeps
us good until 1-30-08.
Submitted in loving service,
Michael B.
CASC RCM REPORT 11-20-04
The CASCNA met on 9-26-04 in Dunkirk NY and 10-24-04
at the Immanuel Lutheran church on East Second Street in Jamestown.
The next CASCNA meeting will be 11-28-04 in Dunkirk New York.
The 12 traditions and 12 concepts were read. Concepts
3 and 4 were read in their entirety.
The groups that were in attendance gave group reports.
We had 6/6 groups present at the Dunkirk meeting and 4/6 present
at the Jamestown meeting. We have had the good fortune of having
a secretary for the past 3 meetings. The minutes have been approved
with minor corrections. Unfortunately, our current secretary resigned
last week and the position is again open.
Nominations for the upcoming year will open in November.
Nominations will be accepted at meetings in November and December.
Nominations will close in December. Voting will be in January.
All positions are open except Literature and RCM. These 2 positions
have a 2 year commitment and the current servants have one year
remaining on their commitment.
Sub-committee reports:
Phone line:
All is well. No issues or concerns.
Public Information:
Not present at either meeting. Position is open.
Literature:
The committee is doing well. There is a good supply
of literature and we have literature on had for those groups that
need it. The committee will be placing an order this month. Current
treasury balance is approximately 10.00 dollars. He has approximately
1200.00 in literature.
Activities:
The committee has elected a new chair, Bob P. He will
be present later today and with some luck he will have some light
food for us. Our activities sub-committee transferred 160.00 dollars
to the ASC treasury in July. The current treasury balance for
this sub-committee is 109.19.
RCM:
No report. He was unable to attend the RSC meeting
in September.
Treasurer:
In July, our activities sub-committee turned over a
check for 160.00 to our treasurer to help pay our bills. Our current
treasury balance is 341.36. We have one phone bill that needs
to be paid. The Chautuaqua area is hoping to make a regional donation
at the RSC meeting in January.
H&I:
Something good seems to be happening. There is a good
influx of addicts from the rehab into the rooms. Attendance is
growing at all or our groups and donations seem to be increasing.
Many of the newcomers are willing to serve. We continue to send
a strong NA message at the meeting and there is good support from
the outside.

New Business: None
