C - because we meet every 2 months it's part of treasurer responsibility
to get a monthly bank statement and we pay the fee.

C - we are trying to filter this.
One problem is my e-mail was not issued to be put on this channel
only for this committee as convention chair.

Q - RD & treasure went to police filled charges now what happen?
A - Detective spoken to Donald A he states has returned all the
money.
Q - how much has not been returned total $550.00 but not returned
of the $550.00 it appears $100.00

A - were only going by our by laws.
C - this maybe more of treasure issues than RD but has bank replaced
funds?
A - I actually did not follow threw because they said we need
to do something.

Q - what do we have in the budget I feel RD needs to go whether
he go alone or not if it's in the budget.
C - are you saying you don't want to go? I'm sensing something
isn't being said because it's a budget item.
C - It's not questionable this isn't to represent our Region with
a request

Q - Why isn't reports submitted to minutes?
A - It's not reports its request
C - when asked early we asked for a budget request
A - he wanted to threw it out to the committee
A budget should be submitted for the minutes the secretary can
add them to minutes. This is not a blanket for money; break it
down as to what it is needed for.
Last meeting discussed World donation until we handled disbursements
at this Region
New Business
Budgets these request go back to July it's now January request
for funds need to be broken down before the meeting.
Post Office they need something on letterhead for proof.
Tommy D has stationary for me CASC RCM will e-mail me his address
to contact him. Website link do we want them to remove us or let
it be or do we let them provide us link?

Merchandise Convention Chair viiii Ralph W gave attached rpt with
copies of all invoices.
Q - Were on line about $1500.00
A yes
All bills should be paid before we turn over any money to convention.
C - We closed out all accounts adspec notes they received first
check of $ also notes they received second check of $ basically
we did not send them enough money. It was just a bookkeeping
error and we did not have the invoice.
$1503.58 is not a question we do owe adspec?
The issue regarding alleged bounce checks we need some information
from last treasurer
It's also treasure responsibility to make sure all checks have
cleared.
CASC made motion to send check to adspec .
Chair will see what he can do for alleged bounce check with First
Niagara.
Q - Should it be found out that this check did bounce do chair
have permission to have treasure cut a check to cover this $1246.88?

Convention
Can secretary have a flyer printed for early registration also
can we have a logo for 2 years for the next convention to have
logo already in tact?
C - convention committee is a standing committee on it's own.

C - The way I see it we have nothing to do with it.
C - The Convention chair has to deal with this with a committee.

C - This is another issue that the convention committee handles
We should have 3 contracts from hotels.
Election process will start the 30th at 12:00 noon 66 Englewood.
C - We have a previous Convention Chair gave a lengthy report
verbally no written report and nothing handed in send her a e-mail
requesting it.

CASC RCM REPORT 01-15-05
The CASCNA met on 11-28-04 and 12-26-04 at the Immanuel
Lutheran church on East Second Street in Jamestown. The next CASCNA
meeting will be 1-30-05 in Jamestown New York at the Immanuel
Lutheran Church on East second St.
The 12 traditions and 12 concepts were read. Concepts
5 and 6 were read in their entirety.
The groups that were in attendance gave group reports.
We had 6/6 groups present at both meetings. The minutes from the
previous meeting were approved without changes.
Nominations for the upcoming year were conducted at
the November and December meeting. Nominations are now closed.
Voting will be at the January 2005 meeting.
Sub-committee reports:

All is well. No issues or concerns.
Public Information:
Not present at either meeting. Position is open.
Literature:
The committee is doing well. There is a good supply
of literature and we have literature on had for those groups that
need it. The literature committee has donated literature and supplies
to the H&I committee. Current treasury balance is approximately
302.10 dollars. He has approximately 1200.00 in literature and
will be placing an order this month.
Activities:
Report give by Bob P. The activities sub-committee
held a Christmas dance in December. The event was well attended.
The current treasury balance for this sub-committee is 155.06.
The event cost 38.93 to have and there were 84.80 in donations
taken at the door.
RCM:
Report given by Mark T. from the 11-04 meeting held
in Jamestown.
Treasurer:
Our current treasury balance is 242.38. We have one
phone bill that needs to be paid. The Chautauqua area has a donation
on 200.00 for the region today.
H&I:
As reported at the last RSC meeting, attendance and
donations at all Chautauqua area meetings is up substantially
over the past 4-6 months. There has been a concerted effort by
those that serve at the area level to carry a consistent and strong
NA message at the rehab meetings. There are 3 meeting per week
at this facility. Where once we were concerned with the survival
of NA in Chautauqua County, we are now growing in number and strength
in the fellowship.
Old Business: None
New Business: The 2 meetings in Dunkirk have changed
time and location. The Thursday night "Serenity in Dunkirk"
and the Friday night "New Horizons" meetings will be
held at 7:00 PM at the United Methodist Church on 6th and Washington
Streets in Dunkirk New York. These changes have been made to the
Chautauqua Area meeting list on the web site.

The WNY regional web site continues to be up and running
without incident. Updates have been made as they become available
If you have any information your area needs posted to the site
please fill out the forms provided.
We received an email from an on line directory which
added a link to our website. Our committee feels this is a violation
of our Traditions, however there are links to other NA regions,
service centers, and 12 step programs. A copy of the e-mail information
and the front page is provided for discussion on acceptance or
request for removal from this site
