Vote on NE zonal website, wants discussion on hosting the NE Zonal on Jan 25th, 26th, & 27th of 2008.
Questions Cedric-are the topics covered at the NEZF and MARLICK redundant? Answer-no
Question-James W., Is $267 in gas a bit excessive? Answer- receipts were submitted to treasure
Question- Early H., Why return funds and then receive funds back? Answer- for record keeping purposes.
Susan M- would prefer money orders to personal checks for reimbursement (will review under new business)

Question Cedric S.- Are you booked for the NEZF in Rochester? Answer- yes

Convention Committee- see report
Question -James W. what happened to rebate? Answer- contract totals were not met. Error was made be the convention committee. Hotel allowed total number of rooms to be lowered ( from 400 a night to 100 a night)
Cedric S. - will the convention committee consider purchasing or renting a cash register to use at the convention?
Question Mike B. - How many hotels are being considered? Answer- six
Question James W. Have you considered hotels in Lockport and Niagara Falls?
Answer- yes

Convention - contract copy made available to Niagara Falls at regional meeting for Regional Convention XI

Discussion on hosting the NE Zonal on Jan 25th, 26th, & 27th of 2008.
James W- will this be benificinal to our region? Answer- I beleave so.

Cedric S. I t brings exposure to our region. What hotel were you referring to? Answer Grand island Holiday Inn. How much do we we plan to spend on this event? Answer this is up to the committee.

Vickie what is the date? Answer-Jan 25th, 26th, & 27th of 2008.
Question Where will this be held? Answer it could be in Lockport
We have hotel information to submit

Richard - what are responsible for? Secretarial, meeting space, food.

Mike B Question can we afford to put this on?

Motion - Niagara Falls James W. motion that Region (WNYRSCNA) to host NEZF in January 2008 not to exceed $2200.seconded by NI-O.

Nomation Joseph Johnson nominated for H&I, accepts meets clean time requirement. Must submitted resume

James W nominated for activities chair, accepts and withdraws nomination for vice chair.

Motion by Niagara Falls: Region (WNYRCNA) to purchase a cash register for the WNYRCNA not to exceed $150 seconded by Buffalo, call to question by buffalo: 7 in favor, 0 apposed, 0 abstention motion passed

Motion to table remaining business until next region meeting made @ 4:49P.M.
