RD How do we cultivate leadership? How do we get people to join service?
We all need to be able to accept constructive criticism lets try inviting someone maybe a sponsee or sponsor to see what we do.
We elect people that haven't done any service or sometimes even reelect them just to fill the position knoweing they didn't do anything last year in their position.
Q- RCM why haven't treasure been voted in?
A-We didn't meet quorum when he was nominated since we have a quorum we can vote.
This will be in New Business.

The Convention Committee needs a controller.
The Convention Committee needs to be aloud to have 2 people for a signature on all checks (signature card).

Our current balance is $3,884.48. All deposits have been made and all bills have been paid.

I have been contacted by the convention vender from Montreal who we still have an unresolved matter of $1,293.75. This needs to be taken care of at this meeting.

Western New York Regional Delegate Report
March 19, 2005

Hi Everyone,

I am returning from the North East Zonal Forum (NEZF). The topic, Sexual Predators in NA went over very well with lots of participation from the other regions, despite the frigid temperatures and record snow fall, we persevered. Unfortunately, I was not able to attend the Mid Atlantic Learning Convenference of NA in Lancaster, PA, due to miscommunication and family life on life terms. However, I did receive minutes and a report from the event. The topics were Infrastructure and NA's Image.

Additionally, there is a worldwide workshop being held in Nashville, TN, May 27 - 29, 2005. I feel that Western New York region can greatly benefit from our attendance. The world board members will be participating in being a part of developing new solutions for current issues in our service structure. I still have funds from the previous MARLCNA event in the amount of $400.00 and $238.00 from the NEZF which totals $638.00.

I was contacted by World Services with donations and region report statement of activities. Included was information regarding the human resource panel announcement.

The world service office contacted me to participate in a workgroup with three other regions to help in a group conscience to allow more regions to join the next conference cycle. I am very excited about being of service once again.

We have updated the information on the US Drug Rehab Centers on-line directory. We are listed as N.A. Western New York Region.

We have also received two e-mails from Daniel McCormick in regards to convention merchandise payment from last year. This information will be attached.

I everybody
My name is Daniel Mc Cormick I am a vendors I am in Montréal (Canada) I
have a problem and I hope that one of you can help me, last year for
your Regional Convention I sold you some pin's and key chains for your
convention you guy's sent me a check and it bounce the amount was
$1,293.75 I contacted Ralf Wilson just before Christmas to tell him
about the check, he was my contact, and he told me that he would take
care of it, six month pass since your convention and nothing happened. I
sent the bad check to Ralf W. a couple of month ago and nothing since
that time I do not know what to do. I wish that somebody would get back
to me ASAP. I include a copy of the check and a copy of the bill.
