Hello family as you know I'm in new Jersey doing the NEZF its three day conference

I've been talking to other members on the January 08 NEZF . Its our turn to host and show and show them some WNY hospitality. The North East forum NEZF is compressed of 14 regions the dates for us to host January 25, 26, 27 / 08 Jim L. (Chair) has make some inquires on the cost so far. We estimate 1000-1200 to host the three day event at the holiday inn Grand Island. This might also help with upcoming WNY convention. From the other members I've talked to members I'm gong to the NEFZ with a vote of confidence that we are going to host in 08 as far as I know there will be a need get 13 rooms for the RD's and RDA's (we will know more this weekend who will be here. The exact number.) For Friday and Saturday. I suggest to put aside at least half of the cost = $600.00 this year. Then other half at the end of this years convention. Jim L and me talked about us providing the two continental breakfast through the convention hospitality committee to possible save more money but will have more information when Jim and I talk to the hotel. If there is any questions on this Cedric, Jim may have the answer.

In February is MARLCNA Feb 9-11 in Lancaster PA. I don't know if I will be able to attend do to work. I am putting in my request for the weekend off. So I am hoping to go so I will be asking for a check for the hotel, food, tolls, gas, and miscellaneous $500.00 if there's a alt elected he or she will need food and reg money which comes to $170.00. I can get both checks from Dave once I know I have the days off. I am hoping to get with Cedric this week (after the NEZF) To sign the bank papers.

I am also submitting my annual budget of $2,500.00 for this year, that includes $500.00 for MARLCNA and the NEZF trip. I would like to thank Allen F for picking up this moths mail and thank-you Jim L for reading my report.
