The issue of the Plain States Zonal - In reaching out to more experienced members, we were of the opinion that the time and financial resources could be better directed.
There will be a worldwide workshop in Austin, Texas, January 10-12, 2003 at the Lakeway Resort, 101 Lakeway Drive, Austin, TX 78734. Should we register for the world workshop in January 2003? The cost of round trip airfare is $208.00. I will cover half the cost of food and lodging.
Will the body keep with the spirit of funding MARLCNA and the worldwide workshop?
Mid Atlantic Regional Learning Convenference XIX will be February 14-16, 2003. We are requesting registration and lodging expenses at standard cost.

I am seeking direction on a budget. Should we request funds as needed?
I am grateful that Stacey D. sent me past expenditures as a guide. Delegate expenses were $468.32 in 2002 and $1,543.35 in 2001.
